Welcome to APPR.org

We are a team of volunteers who have all dogs and cats best interests in mind and heart.  We come from all different walks of life, everything from animal shelter volunteers to computer programmers to nutritionalists.  What we all have in common is a strong desire to see that all pets are well cared for and that their owners or future owners are well informed in areas ranging from basic pet care to choosing a healthy natural pet food to training and behavior issues.
